 Job Description - Commercial Tire Sales

McGriff Sales associates are expected to provide existing client support while developing new business relationships. Applicants will work inside McGriff offices, at service facilities, and at customer locations.

  • Implement marketing and sales strategies to improve existing customer relationships while driving new business prospects. 
  • Schedule appointments to help with customer needs
  • Identify business goals for new customers and present solutions based on those needs.
  • Follow McGriff policy and procedures.
  • Participate in company training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Prompt, daily attendance at assigned work location.
  • Must have a clean MVR, Drug Test, and pass a DOT physical and Criminal Background Check.

    Preferred Education or Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related fields and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years sales experience.
  • Take initiative on new account development.
  • Clear understanding of the sales cycle/process.
  • Proven record for sales closing skills.
  • Maximize all customer service experiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
